Step 1
Pay the Application fee

Step 2
Application form will be sent to your email for you to submit.

Step 3
Sign up with the same email you used to submit your application. We will send you the approval email 1-2 business days to process the applications.

Step 4
Submit the following information to the admission office through the account portal.

A current resume (if applicable)​

Official transcripts from post-secondary institutions attended by transfer students

US students: passport or driver's license; International students: passport or​ other government-issued photo ID

English test scores or records are required for applicants whose English is not their native language.

ï‚·At least one of the following documents is required as evidence of completing high school or obtaining a GED:

High school diploma​

Official high school transcript that shows the diploma awarded dates

General Educational Development (GED) certificate

The official GED transcript that indicates the student's pass status

Certification of a passing score on a test that the student's state authorizes and recognizes as the equivalent of a high school diploma or test transcripts indicating that the final score is a passing score or that the student's state considers the test results to meet its high school equivalency requirements.

Copy of the “secondary school leaving certificate” or other similar documents for students who completed secondary education in a foreign country

Official transcript from an accredited college or university that indicates the student successfully completed a total of 60 or more semester or trimester credits or 72 or more quarter credits in an associate's or bachelor's degree that is acceptable for full credit toward a bachelor's degree at RTU

For a homeschooled student from a state where state law requires the student to obtain a secondary school completion credential for homeschool (other than a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent), a copy of that credential

For a homeschooled student from a state where state law does not require the student to obtain a secondary school completion credential for homeschool (other than a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent): a transcript or the equivalent, signed by the student's parent or guardian. The document must list the secondary school courses the student completed and include a statement that the student successfully completed, as defined by the state, secondary school education in a homeschool setting.

For Master Program: Official transcripts from post-secondary institutions attended. Must include a transcript showing that a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent was awarded

For the Doctorate Programs: Official transcripts from post-secondary institutions attended. Must include a transcript showing that a Master's degree was awarded, or a minimum of 45 graduate-level credits completed, or international equivalents

Original transcripts from institutions which are not in English must be accompanied by a certified (notarized) English translation.
